I’m Andreia, founder of EMPORIA, and above all, a woman just like you.

My first experiences in gyms and with food plans weren’t positive or helpful.
I’d receive a plan and… that was it. From then on, I was left on my own.
As if the job on their side was “done.”

The generic training and diet systems never saw me as a whole person,

they didn’t consider my real needs as a woman.
They didn’t care for my emotional wellbeing throughout the process.

For years, I felt like I was the problem. That I wasn’t “doing enough.”

 

And that’s when I realised: You’re not the problem. The system wasn’t built for you.

 

EMPORIA is a space where every woman is seen, heard, and supported.
Here, fitness, food and emotional health come together in a way that’s respectful, sustainable, and truly yours.
